Gallon Grad Program
In order to become a Gallon Grad, students must make eight whole blood or four double red cell blood donations before May 1 of their graduation year. Achieving this milestone will require students to make blood donations at their high school blood drives, at blood drives that take place within the community or at donor center locations.
Gallon Grads will have the exclusive opportunity to display this special honor by wearing a distinguishing honors cord at graduation.
All high schools that hold blood drives with LifeServe Blood Center are automatically a participant in the Gallon Grad program unless a specific request to opt out of the program is requested.
